​How Do I Place An Order?
Make a note of the SKU code and product name, send this to us on the contact form and we will be in touch with your invoice once we have confirmed stock availabilty. You can then process the invoice for payment unless you are paying cash on collection. If you would like your order delivered then payment must clear before the order will be processed.
Payment and Shipping
Once we have confirmed stock and sent through an invoice, payment can be made by EFT, Zapper (3% fee applies) or cash on collection (not available for orders with delivery).

Once payment has been made, your order will be boxed and processed and this may take 3 - 5 business days to arrive. Subject to stock availability.

Care Instructions
Please be sure to read the care instructions on each item and that will arrive with each item as some items are specialised for the freezer or microwave and others are not. Click Care Guide button for more info.

​Tupperware Party
To book your Tupperware party and receive some free gifts based on the sales made, fill out the contact form and let us know the date! You supply the people and any food or drinks you may want and we provide the Tupperware fun!
Returns & Refunds
Goods received as ordered are non-returnable or refundable. Tupperware has a lifetime guarantee against chipping or cracking and in order to return the Tupperware to have your item replaced, you need to send in the lid and the base together.
